How to use and set psiphon vpn for etisalat free browsing

first of all, download Psiphon open it
and edit it as follows. 

proxy type: reverse proxy
proxy server: instagram.com
real proxy type: HTTP

after that, save and go to settings more options tick connect through httpproxy and use d following settings;

host address: 50.30.152.130
proxy: 8086

under phone
apn: etisalat
proxy: 127.0.0.1 
port: 8080
